The Daily Set

If you’re new to The Ordinary, start here. The Daily Set features three products that can be used in a daily skincare routine.

The Squalane Cleanser – 50ml removes makeup and cleanses the skin while supporting your skin’s moisture barrier through hydration.

Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (with Ceramides) – 30ml uses five forms of hyaluronic acid to support hydration to multiple layers of your skin’s surface.

Finally, Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA – 30ml is a daily moisturizer that works with your skin to support its natural hydration barrier. They’re the fundamental formulas for any skincare regimen.

How to Use ?

Squalane Cleanser

Starting with dry skin, dispense product into hands.
Rub together to warm the product, transforming it into an oil-like consistency
Massage well onto dry face then rinse with warm water.
If irritation occurs, rinse off, cease use, and consult a physician.
Use only as directed on unbroken skin.
Patch testing prior to use is advised.
Keep out of reach of children.
Application Tips
If you ever find yourself stuck without shaving cream, Squalane Cleanser can substitute as a shaving balm (for the face or body). Apply to wet skin—the only time we will suggest applying Squalane Cleanser to wet skin 😉 and shave as usual in the direction of hair growth.

Apply a few drops to the face in the morning and evening.
If irritation occurs, rinse off, cease use, and consult a physician.
Use only as directed on unbroken skin.
Patch testing prior to use is advised.

Application Tips
Procedures such as microneedling can disrupt the skin barrier, making it important to keep skin hydrated, especially after treatment. Apply Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (with Ceramides), which can help keep skin hydrated and support the moisture barrier. For specific recommendations regarding post-procedure care, please consult with your provider.

Safety Guidance

• Apply a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm.
• Keep the area dry.
• If the product has a specified duration of use, rinse off after this time has elapsed. Otherwise rinse off after 24 hours.
• If any redness, burning, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, do not use the product.
